HamroRent - Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using HamroRent you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or book a property.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate name, e-mail and phone details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. New accounts are activated only after approval by an administrator, and HamroRent may suspend or reject an account that breaks these Terms.
3. Bookings
A booking request is not a confirmed tenancy. A booking becomes binding only when an administrator confirms it. Move-in dates are entered in the Bikram Sambat (BS) calendar. Listed rent is per month; optional add-ons (parking, Wi-Fi, cleaning) are charged as shown at the time of booking.
4. Rent, utilities and payments
Rent and any utility, VAT or other charges are issued as monthly statements in your tenant portal. Pay through the methods shown in the portal (QR, eSewa, Fonepay or bank transfer) and upload a clear payment voucher. A payment counts only after an administrator approves the voucher. Partial payments are recorded, and the remaining balance stays due.
5. Late payment and notices
Overdue rent may lead to warnings sent to your portal and e-mail, and to suspension of your account or termination of the tenancy as agreed in your lease.
6. Your responsibilities as a tenant
Use the property lawfully, keep it in good condition, do not sublet without written permission, and report damage or problems promptly.
7. Cancellation
You may ask an administrator to cancel a pending booking. Confirmed tenancies end according to the lease terms agreed with the property owner.
8. Limitation
HamroRent provides a management platform. Property descriptions and photos are provided in good faith; please inspect a property before committing. To the extent allowed by law, HamroRent is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The version you accepted at registration is stored with your account, and the latest version is always available on the website.
